A group of Christians showed up at a Chicago gay pride parade in July.
They were holding up signs saying “I’m sorry that Christians judge you”
“I’m sorry for how the churches treated you” and “I used to be a bible-banging homophobe, I’m sorry”
Just when you’re beginning to lose faith in humanity, something like this shows up.

Everyone should see this. Very soon I’ll just print this out and hang it up somewhere in my town.
This made me tear up. You can’t beat Chicago’s Pride Parade. I went one year and all the people marching through Boystown are unified and it’s powerful.
I have this exact one, and have since I got it in elementary school. It’s currently sitting in my Barbie book bag with Pokemon Sapphire in it, and Mario Bro’s 3 next to it. I sometimes play it on break, at work.
